FEATURED projects

PORTRAITS OF INDIA

INDIA

Camera in hand, I embarked on this project with the objective of showing the Indian women as the main character and recounting the hard and difficult life most of them endure in this country.

The following photographs of this project make up a narrative of details, characters and landscapes encountered throughout the stay in Calcutta, and other cities like Agra and Delhi.

ANGELA AND THE ALZHEIMER

SPAIN

This is my first individual photographic exhibition of this terrible disease. My objective with this project is to give a voice to people, especially the elderly, who suffer from Alzheimer’s. Showing that, even if they forget, we will not forget them.

The photographs taken try to give dignity to the person despite her situation. This project is a collection of portraits, details and images of important moments in Angela’s life, and other situations which will bring us closer to her daily routine.

Angela is the mother of the photographer, María Rosa de las Heras.
